Activating driving modes

Activation of driving modes:

 - Sport + (The car becomes more responsive, the accelerator pedal is more sensitive, the ESP intervenes less and the gearbox tends to shift gears at higher revs.)
 - Snow (Optimizes the esp accelerator response to make it less abrupt and express itself in a way to drive on icy or lightly snowy roads)
 - Offroad (Optimizes ESP, acts on steering reduction and if available on 4Matic)
 - Manual (Sets the gearbox to manual without automatic shift delay in the selected driving mode)
 - Curve (Acts on steering reduction, esp and adaptive suspension if available)
 - Battery level (Only for electric/hybrid car)
